AI Summer Camp for Executives

I WANT IN!

Dear Executives and Business Leaders,

Life's a game, right?

Some of us are in it to win, others just want to enjoy the ride - but we're all playing. Some need that adrenaline rush, others are after some peace and quiet.

Recently, a new player entered the game, and it's stirring up a lot of anxiety. Its name? ChatGPT.

Here's what we've all been reading about AI and its impact on leadership roles:

No wonder we're freaking out, right? :-)

Let's be real: behind the scenes, a gap is widening between two classes of managers and executives:

Those gearing up for this AI revolution, getting a handle on it, and snagging tools to leverage it...

And those who'll be caught off guard when it's already too late.

Some leaders are burying their heads in the sand, while others are freaking out.

But if you're reading this, you're probably one of the rare ones:

Those who aren't afraid to face reality and the future head-on - because you can spot a massive opportunity here.

It's just…

You're not 100% sure what this opportunity IS exactly…

Oh, by the way,

I'm Adam. Nice to meet you.

My story is F%#&ing boring so let's do it quick:

After founding a couple of successful companies, I decided to shake things up a bit. I created this executive club that's been taking off like crazy. We're talking about a community of over 9,014 heavy hitters – CEOs | COOs | VPs | Directors | CFOs | CIOs | CMOs | CTOs | CROs | - you name it.

These folks? They're from all over... We're talking major players like Lexus | Mccann | Disney | Deloitte | IKEA | SAP | SKECHERS | Taboola | PwC | Unilever | Vimeo | Deloitte | IKEA | SAP | Overwolf | KPMG | Siemens | Amdocs and a ton more. From Fortune 500 giants to innovative companies that are disrupting entire industries.

Now why would all of them hang out with a dumb@ss high school drop out like me?

Well, not surprisingly they are all smarter than me, and eventually I found out exactly what they needed from me. It will become clear to you very soon.

Now through this club, we've had tons of chats, meetups, and workshops to help execs get up to speed with AI.

And guess what? These bigshots are in the same boat I was in last year...

Here's the kinda stuff I'm seeing in my DMs:

״Where do I even start with this AI thing? 🤯״

"I know there's a HUGE opportunity.... But what is it exactly?"

״I'm getting 💩 out of ChatGPT. Am I just dumb or...?״

- OR -

״There are like a million AI tools. Which ones should I use? For what? When??״

״Too many AI updates and tools coming out daily - I have NO CLUE what actually matters anymore.״

- But this one bums me out the most: -

״Tried ChatGPT. Total letdown. I don't see what the hype is about... 😑״

״Honestly, I'm not sure what the near future holds for my role, my department, or even our entire organization. No idea what's gonna change and what will straight up disappear...״

Now here's how it usually plays out:

In the best case, those folks attend some kind of workshop or an online seminar, then it's back to business as usual. In the worst case? They just keep putting it off, saying, 'I'll get to this AI stuff when things slow down.' (Spoiler alert: Things never slow down.)

Here's the problem with those quick AI seminars:

(and the looooong boring ones)

You leave a seminar on a high, with this fleeting sense of relief. 'Finally,' you think, 'I'm tackling this AI thing head-on.' 💪 But then...

…reality sets in fast. A week later, you're back where you started, unsure how to apply any of it to your daily work.

Let's be honest: Many executives come out of these seminar (even the long, expensive ones) without any practical skills. They can't contribute to high-level AI discussions or make informed AI decisions.

The kicker? It's not actually as complicated as everyone's making it out to be.

The real issue? Executives who haven't gotten a handle on AI yet don't just lack a roadmap - they're facing other roadblocks that keep them from optimizing their management skills for the AI era.

They're drowning in information, unsure what to learn or where to start. And let's face it, time isn't exactly abundant. There's this nagging feeling that 'The gap keeps widening every day I don't take that first step and dedicate time to mastering this.'

In the past decade, programmers were the rock stars of the business world, especially those who could build complex algorithms or work their magic in cybersecurity.

But becoming one of these tech wizards? You'd have to be a total computer geek and spend countless hours learning the ropes (often burning the midnight oil solo).

Fast forward to today: You can type a single line, and boom! ChatGPT whips up some incredible code for you, no programming know-how required.

(Now, I'm not suggesting you can pink slip your entire dev team - we're not quite there yet. But there's a growing list of tasks you can tackle solo that once required a programmer's touch... I'll drop some eye-opening examples further down the page).

👇

In a nutshell, if programming was a sword, AI is a gun. No need to master fencing - just aim and pull the trigger. Bang!

(And now the million-dollar question becomes: Will you be holding that gun, or will it be pointed at you?)

🕒 The clock is ticking...

Look, I don't need to bore you with stats about AI's impact. You've heard it all - "bigger than the Industrial Revolution," "will change everything," yada yada.

Here's the deal: Soon, executives who can't leverage AI will be about as useful as executives who can't use a smartphone or figure out Excel. Ouch, right?

And every day you put this off? That gap between you and the AI-savvy crowd gets wider. Trust me, it's no fun watching your colleagues and competitors zoom past you.

Staying behind isn't an option in this game.

But hey, I've got good news too:

Let's tackle the elephant in the room: AI isn't coming for your job. At least, not yet. Who's really at risk? The folks who don't learn to work with AI. They're the ones who'll be replaced, and faster than any of us expect.

But here's the thing - AI isn't just some boogeyman. It's the biggest damn opportunity we've seen in our careers.

Think about it this way:

The fact that AI scares so many executives could give you a huge advantage:

It could turn you into an invaluable asset for any organization lucky enough to have you on their team.

AI won't replace you anytime soon. But an AI-empowered executive? They'll eat your lunch.

So, the million-dollar question is:

"How do I become that AI-empowered executive?"

Bingo. Now we're talking.

But here's the rub: It's not just about not having a roadmap.

executives who haven't cracked this AI thing yet are facing a whole bunch of obstacles. They're not just failing to level up - they're struggling to adapt their current skills to this brave new AI world.

They're drowning in tech jargon and endless AI tools. They don't know what to learn or where to start. And time? Forget about it. There's this constant, nagging feeling: "Every day I don't dive into this, I'm falling further behind."

So, let's clear things up:

To become a confident AI-empowered leader, and to maximize the advantages AI can offer, you don't need to be a tech wizard.

In fact, there's a lot you don't need to know...

But most importantly... an AI-empowered executive knows which is which.

The list of 'things' varies depending on your role, your industry, and your career stage.

Not knowing what's relevant to you leaves you with two options:

Drowning in a sea of irrelevant information and FOMO, or pushing it aside and waiting for a day when you'll have time to get a grip on it. (Hint: That day won't come on its own.)

So, to help you get organized and build a personalized 'recipe' - exactly what you need to know and at what level - without feeling overwhelmed or anxious...

We've laid out the 6 Levels of AI-Empowered Executives for you:

"Thanks for clarifying this, Adam 🙏 but...

how do I chart a path to the level of mastery I need?"

Here's the deal: We've chatted with tons of CEOs and big shots in our network, and we've spotted a pattern:

❌ The folks who are constantly stressed about AI? They're the ones jumping from one quick workshop to another, or worse, waiting for their company to magically solve it for them.

✅ But the real winners? The ones who are cool as cucumbers and killing it with AI? They're not waiting around. They're diving in, playing with AI tools daily, and carving out time to actually learn this stuff.

Now, you'd think there'd be a clear roadmap for this, right? Something that doesn't eat up all your time but still gets you where you need to be.

Spoiler alert: There wasn't.

Until now.

Look, I could bore you with a lecture about how critical this is, or scare you with doomsday scenarios if you don't jump on the AI bandwagon...

But let's be real - that kind of talk just makes everyone want to hide under their desks.

So, we rolled up our sleeves and spent months cooking up something different.

We call it the "LEVELUP" AI Summer Camp for Executives.

Why? Because it's actually fun. You're learning, sure, but it doesn't feel like work. One day you're just messing around, and the next thing you know - bam! You're an AI whiz (minus the acne).

The best part? We built this for people like you and me - folks with a million things on their plate and ZERO time to spare. It's all about getting you AI-savvy without the headaches.

Here's something weird...

My kid used to swim like a tiny dolphin 🐬 since he was a baby. He Somehow made it to 5 years old before realizing he was afraid of water, which sucked because I found out when we were at this fancy hotel with an amazing pool when this revelation hit.

But here's where it gets interesting:

The hotel had this other pool - a 'zero entry' pool. First time I'd seen one, and suddenly I got why family resorts make such a big deal about them.

Basically, instead of stairs or a ladder, the pool starts at zero depth and gradually gets deeper as you walk towards the center. Genius, right?

My boy and his brother could splash around in the shallow end, get comfortable, and before they knew it, they were swimming in the deep end. No fuss, no meltdowns.

By the end of the vacation, they'd forgotten they were ever scared of the water.

That's exactly what we're aiming for here. A 'zero entry' approach to mastering AI.

Our goal? To "trick you" into thinking you're not doing anything complicated. Because, honestly, it's not. It just looks that way from the outside.

We want you to wade in slowly, get comfortable, and then - surprise! - you're doing things 90% of so-called 'experts' can't figure out.

When I founded my previous company, we trained over 21,982 entrepreneurs from scratch.

We're talking people from all walks of life, who decided they wanted to be entrepreneurs and needed help with their very first steps. Some of them as young as 16 who ended up running multi-million dollar startups by the time they could legally drink.

The mission was to equip them with a ton of knowledge and skills - and to do it in a way that wouldn't make them want to quit.

If there's one thing I learned there, it's this: To get you to your goal (whatever level of AI mastery you're aiming for) as fast as possible, I need to show you:

Everything you need...

Only what you need

and ONLY when you really need it…

Over 8 years of fine-tuning our entrepreneurship programs at that other company, we figured out exactly how to do this. And now, we're bringing all of that know-how to this AI summer camp thing.

So, what's the payoff for getting good at AI?

Glad you asked!

Imagine having an entourage of world-class consultants available 24/7

For every decision you need to make, every question that comes up - in any area related to your work - you can instantly connect with the top expert in that field.

Day or night.

These experts are always up to date with the latest information and have encyclopedic knowledge of their domains.

Best of all? They can provide answers immediately.

And here's the kicker:

They're available 24/7. No overtime pay, no retainer fees. You can keep them on standby even if you only need a quick 5-minute consultation once a month.

No "let me do some research". No "let me get back to you on this". And no "sorry I'm wid the kids right now" or "WTF dude why are you calling me on the weekend???"

Let's consider the possibilities. We're talking about having instant access to:

The list goes on... Product development? Branding? Company culture? Business development? What other departments do you have (or wish you had) in your organization?

The name of the game? Do more - with less.

Check it out - I've compiled a list of ways AI has already assisted me in my work across various businesses - from boosting my own career to supporting companies I've founded, and even aiding larger corporations I've worked with as a marketing consultant or external CMO.

Here's a partial list of areas where AI can help TODAY - not in some distant future. Click on the topics that interest you to learn more...

Understanding where the market is heading over the next decade based on forecasts from thousands of analysts, research studies, and reports. Presenting several options, assisting in choosing between them, and building a flexible vision that accounts for potential changes in the landscape.

Reviewing competitors, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, and identifying "blue ocean" opportunities to build strong differentiation that is resistant to new competition.

Imagine having an entire department of analysts, access to expensive reports, and experienced strategists who can provide you with amazing options and then help you make the best choice.

Think of it like a GPS for your business goals—you say where you want to go, and it predicts potential roadblocks and builds the shortest path to get there.

And, of course, it recalculates the route whenever there’s an unexpected surprise, without stress, and even tells you how much of a delay you can expect.

Just like a GPS that builds a strategy for reaching your destination—imagine it also tells you exactly where to turn, when to stick to a certain lane, which exit to take, and when to slow down.

I also use it to organize tasks by dependency, priority, what needs to be done first, and what can be outsourced or even handled by AI.

It helps me manage tasks according to my capabilities, the time I have, urgent needs versus long-term goals, and so on.

Equally important: If I'm working with a team, an agency, or freelancers, I can create clear plans and manage their tasks, or build them a more effective roadmap than they could alone—even with complex tasks and multiple team members involved.

I'd love to show you my preferred, simple methods for prioritizing tasks that consider deadlines, mood, energy, and, of course, efficiency.

Identifying all competitors, even the hidden ones, understanding whether they're truly succeeding, analyzing their more and less successful strategies, reverse-engineering the winning ones, and adapting them to fit us—with an even higher chance of success.

Business success often comes from identifying problems to solve and opportunities to exploit.

What opportunities are there in my market? What are all the competitors missing? What do customers truly want? Where is the market going? Where is the untapped potential in my backyard that I haven’t leveraged yet?

Where are the weak points in the strategy or tactics I’ve built?

We’d all love to foresee problems and shield our strategy beforehand, but it's not always easy to find someone to ask—or someone who won’t turn it into a debate, a headache, or politics.

Sometimes, even great leaders wish they had a boss to guide them, make decisions, or just tell them what to do.

But we want a boss who is kind, supportive, communicative, empathetic, and who breaks down the big picture into clear tasks and logical steps. AI can be that boss, and if we do it right, it even makes us better managers—more empathetic, sharp, and capable of making decisions quickly.

One of the costliest mistakes for an organization is hiring the wrong person. The wrong hire can cost 30-100% of their salary in losses.

Which role should we fill next? Where can we find the best talent at the best price? What should we write in the job ad to attract only truly relevant candidates? How do we filter through the applications we receive? How do we compare standout candidates quickly? What questions should we ask in interviews? How do we evaluate them?

Similar to hiring an employee, choosing the wrong supplier can be costly in terms of time, money, and unmet goals.

How do we find the right people? How much should we pay them? How do we evaluate them and minimize the risk that they aren't a good fit?

How do we build a clear brief, set logical goals, incentives, and compensation, and assess proposals?

In general, how do we speak their language? Whether it's branding, performance campaigns, affiliate networks, app development, or more—knowing what to ask and how to ask it matters.

What’s the next step for me? What should I learn? How do I navigate corporate politics? Many of us don’t have the energy to think strategically about our own careers, but having a top-level career coach helps us focus our efforts where they matter most.

A good data analyst isn’t just someone who knows how to get data and read it.

A good data analyst has imagination and knows how to find the story behind the numbers.

I use AI not only to collect better data, even in a small organization with a limited budget, but also to organize it in a readable way, gather insights, and turn everything into actionable strategies.

The difficulty in decision-making often lies in the lack of information, or the organization of existing information into clear conclusions.

The hardest part is sticking confidently to one decision when we fear another choice could have been better.

AI allows me to pull the right tool for each decision from a set of hundreds, analyze pros and cons, weigh them properly, and assess alternatives and opportunity costs.

It also helps me “sell” the decision, explain it clearly, and get others on board.

Whether I'm writing an email, a marketing message, or a business plan, AI can help generate ideas, develop them, and even emulate expert copywriters to craft content across all possible media and industries.

I no longer have to rely on content writers who don’t fully understand what I want, costing me time, money, and frustration.

AI can take a message and produce endless content for websites, Google, social media, and even platforms I’m unfamiliar with, like TikTok.

This content serves both my personal brand and company marketing needs.

Recent content requests from AI include: influencer outreach campaign pitches, content for influencers to share, Facebook and Google ads, YouTube and TikTok scripts, and more.

Sometimes my head just isn’t “in it,” but deadlines don’t care. I use AI to help focus on tasks, prepare for meetings, and keep my mind on what matters most.

In short, AI helps me generate more B2B inquiries, get more leads and sales (both B2B and B2C), handle more leads, hire more workers (real or virtual), and break into new markets or speak to broader audiences.

AI allows me to publish (and “be”) in more places at once—whether it’s ad channels, social media, or content marketing.

AI can take a message and produce endless content for websites, Google, social media, and even platforms I’m not familiar with, like TikTok.

It also helps me improve copy, increase conversion rates, analyze more data at once, manage more campaigns or agencies, and monitor their performance.

The trick is knowing what to ask.

My work methods, with and without AI, allow me to tackle more tasks in parallel, rather than sequentially. Remember we talked about eight hands?

AI is, without a doubt, the most game-changing tool in content creation since the invention of paper. If you’re not feeling its power, you absolutely need to start.

Reaching the right people with the right message, generating more inquiries systematically, adding automations, getting more leads, handling them more effectively, and closing more deals and partnerships.

I approach every interaction prepared, with a clear strategy, defined goals, and boundaries—which gives me confidence. Sun Tzu said: “The victorious warrior wins first and then goes to war, while the defeated warrior goes to war first and then seeks to win.”

AI prepares me, keeps me focused, and helps me outline the strategy and tactics for every scenario.

AI knows how to identify opportunities, find angles, provide concrete ideas, and even execute from strategy to tactics, all the way to writing press releases, texts, and certain automations.

I hate managing budgets. In marketing, I'm mostly dealing with mixes, and AI helps me both in decision-making and in working with numbers, spreadsheets, analysis, measurement, and uncovering the story behind the numbers.

I hate being dependent on fate—I want to control my future as much as possible. This applies to both my personal and professional life. I'm expected, and expect of myself, to provide forecasts with the highest possible level of certainty for everything I'm involved in.

AI helps work with all aspects of forecasting, from identifying trends, running simulations, and, of course, analyzing data and patterns within it.

I hate wasting time. When I think about networking, I think about the ROI on my time. For example, if I'm attending a conference, I want to know exactly who will be there, who I want to meet, and what I want to talk about. AI helps me with research, strategy, and even talking points.

I believe that training employees, teams, and even contractors or freelancers is critical to getting the results I want, in the way I want, at the level I expect.

AI helps me prepare and refine training sessions with minimal preparation time, delivering precise messages, and it saves me time by directing people straight to AI for guidance.

Not everyone I work with uses AI as extensively as I do—but I can give them basic instructions on what to ask from AI.

AI helps me manage time, manage tasks, prioritize, gather information, make decisions, and more.

Do I really need to explain this one? :-)

It's not just about creating a presentation—tools for that are everywhere.

The key is creating the presentation that will have maximum impact with the fewest slides.

This means first defining what I really want the presentation to achieve, then figuring out the necessary information, its sequence, and the clearest wording.

And most importantly—what needs to stay out of the presentation.

Personally, I provide external CMO services, so for me, it’s more about proposals, client selection, etc.—but this easily translates to resume improvements, selecting employers, and optimizing LinkedIn profiles.

I also use AI to prepare for interviews.

At the most basic level, AI can tell me how to achieve anything I need—from “write me a formula that does X” to “create a template for…” or “how best to organize the information so I can understand Y”... to analyzing files using code to extract information, insights, trends, and stories without being a data analyst (I tell it what to check, it finds the way, offers alternatives, etc.).

The list really never ends—give me something you did today, and I’ll show you right away how AI can make it more efficient or better.

…and to do anything on this list (and more) you don’t have to be an expert, or learn “prompt engineering” or whatever.

You really don’t.

Ugh... so I was looking around and while I couldn't find anything similar to this program, I did find 2-3 programs for executives who want to get into AI. One cost $3,400 and one required a monthly subscription fo $300/yr to get access.

I dunno, maybe I'm stupid or just not business savvy, but it seemed unreasonable. Considering my costs and the number of students I can handle, I think I can do well if I ask for $199 for this. If this blows up, I'll raise the price. Deal? UPDATE: It did blow up. Let's do $249 and see how it goes... :-)
